Welcome to Chéronne Connelly Counselling, with over 15 years as a Person Centred Counsellor. I aim always to support you in becoming your true self through genuine acceptance and empathy. I am committed to creating a safe, comfortable and non-judgemental space where you can make sense of any struggles you may be experiencing.
My regular session availability is offered either in person or online.
Monday 8am to 8pm
Tuesday 8am to 8pm
Wednesday 8am to 3pm
I currently have some sessions available so please feel free to get in contact. I can be flexible with times within reason.
I provide 50 minute sessions on a 1 to 1 basis within a safe space where both Adults and Young Adults can gain counselling support.
I offer Person Centred Counselling and am also trained in CBT, DBT & Psychodynamic theories in offering a fully supported counselling session.
I have also trained in Mental Health First Aid & Mindfulness

About me and my therapy practice
Hi I am Chéronne and have specialised in Person Centred Counselling for 15+ years now and am very experienced in working with you, the client.
When attending counselling I will encourage you to bring what you are struggling with to the session in the here and now as I believe you will bring exactly what you need support with in that moment.
I am here to support you to explore your own thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviour enabling you to become more self-aware and understanding of you in a non judgemental, safe way.
I hope always to facilitate your journey in finding in you the ability to cope both now and in the future in becoming your best self.
I have extensive experience with trauma, childhood trauma, abusive relationships, loss and bereavement, suicidal partners, partners with Borderline Personality Disorder, partners with Dissociative Personality Disorder, and ADHD.
I listen and will support you through whatever challenges you are facing whether that be having to "walk on eggshells", self blame to struggling to make sense of your world.
